We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our growing business. This role will focus 70% on Talent Acquisition and 30% on HR Generalist functions. The selected candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid working system based in Bintaro.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
Experience in HR Generalist functions is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a hybrid working system (Bintaro based).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in IT consulting or technology companies is a plus.
Willing to work in a contract based system.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Talent Acquisition (70%):
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially in the IT industry.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
HR Generalist (30%):
Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee administration and documentation.
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle HR data and maintain employee records.
Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate internal HR communications and activities.
Stay updated with labor regulations and HR best practices.
