We are looking for a System Analyst to join our team and support one of our clients, a leading company in the mining industry. The selected candidate must be willing to work onsite (WFO) at the client’s office in Jakarta.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant major (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as a System Analyst in software solutions.
Must have managed at least 2 (two) project cycles to the closeout stage as a System Analyst.
Proficient in using tools for wireframing, business processes, and mockups such as Balsamiq, Lucid Chart, Figma, and other tools.
A team player with strong analytical thinking skills, able to analyze problems and provide resolutions.
Having a Business Analysis or Business Analyst Body of Knowledge (BABOK) certification is a plus.
Strong professional communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
Previous experience as a Developer/System Analyst/QA-QC is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Interact with Lead Users to translate business requirements into system design specifications and implement the documentation process according to established principles.
Develop Business Success Criteria based on the requirements gathering results as the basis for developing User Acceptance Test Scenarios.
Develop User Stories and Product Backlogs for AGILE/SCRUM methodologies.
Develop wireframes and screenflows (and may collaborate with the UI/UX team), data flow diagrams, swimlane activity diagrams, and functional cases to facilitate the depiction of business flows linked to system functionality.
Develop system architectures involving user interaction simulations, application infrastructure, entity relationship diagrams, and functional breakdowns to facilitate the application development process for developers.
Provide initial effort estimates/indications (timeline/number of SPRINTs) related to the system design specifications being developed.
