We are looking for KOL Manager (TikTok) to join our team and support one of our clients. The selected candidate must be willing to work onsite (WFO) in North Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok influencer (KOL) strategy aligned with brand goals, consumer insights, and market trends.
Identify, approach, and manage relationships with top-tier and micro-influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns — from brief creation and content planning to delivery and performance tracking.
Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and strategic direction.
Collaborate with creative, PR, and marketing teams to integrate KOL content across channels.
Negotiate contracts and compensation agreements with influencers and agencies.
Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Build long-term influencer partnerships and foster an active, loyal creator community.
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, competitor campaigns, and digital influencer marketing best practices in the Indonesian landscape.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from relevant major.
3 years experience as KOL Manager or influencer marketing (especially TikTok).
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and campaign management skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Existing influencer network is a plus.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries preferred.
