We are looking for a Business Analyst (Documentation Specialist) to join our team and support one of our clients, a leading company in the mining industry. The selected candidate must be willing to work onsite (WFO) at the client’s office in Jakarta.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant major (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in documentation-related roles.
Experience in delivering documentation for at least 4 systems/applications (Go-Live) or a minimum of 10 completed documents.
Strong understanding of:
-Web & Mobile Application Architecture and general Technology Stack
-Document Management Systems, versioning, and archiving
-Enterprise Architecture concepts
-Automated documentation tools
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.
Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and follow documentation trends and best practices.
Strong coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience as a DBA, Developer, or Infrastructure Engineer will be an advantage.
Willing to work for contract based for 12 months.

Responsibilities:
Develop standardized document templates for various business and technical documentation needs approved by the client.
Create high-quality and structured documents including End User Guides, Installation Guides, Technical Architecture Documents, SOPs, and Business Manuals.
Work closely with Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Business Process Owners to gather and document requirements.
Maintain document integrity, version control, and storage according to agreed standards.
Design infographics, diagrams, and visual materials to support clear and effective content delivery.
Continuously improve documentation quality and provide input for efficiency and content enhancement.
Perform as Document Composer and Controller across multiple ongoing projects when required.
